Troubleshooting¶
"RizomUV Path not set"¶
The RizomUV executable path is empty. Open preferences and set the Executable Path to your RizomUV install folder.
RizomUVLink does not support this Blender Python version¶
The native RizomUVLink binaries do not include one for your Blender build's Python version. Fix options:
- In preferences, under RizomUVLink Binaries (GitHub), click Get Latest to fetch newer binaries, then restart Blender.
- If no matching binary exists yet, use a Blender build whose Python version is supported.
RizomUVLink init error¶
A generic initialisation error is shown in the RizomUV Link box. Confirm the binaries downloaded correctly (re-run Get Latest) and that Blender was restarted afterwards.
Connection won't start / port issues¶
- Make sure RizomUV is installed and the Executable Path is correct.
- If you set a Fixed TCP Port, ensure it is free and within
49152–65535. Set it back to0to let B2RUVL choose a port automatically.
Update check fails¶
Check Updates / Get Latest need internet access to GitHub. A network error is reported in the status line — verify connectivity and retry.
